I love the ionizer, but I hate your customer support. I ordered (order #7936) several items on Sep 6th and while being billed I never received my order. What angers me is that multiple efforts on my behalf (emails, txt msgs and phone calls) all fell on deaf ears. I never received a response from anyone at Lumiere. So, put me down as lover of your product, but as a very displeased customer. Lumiere needs to do a much better job with their customer service!!!!!!! Additionally, if you can’t complete my order ($72.96) could you please refund this money. My credit card company has paid it and I feel that a refund is not an unreasonable request.

Your product works great. My water is crystal clear when I take the cover off, until its time to pit the cover back on. The only problem I have is I need to order a new one since I recently dropped and broke mine. I cannot seem to get in touch with anyone at your business. Your answering machine says to leave my name and number, which I do , but no one ever calls me back. By doing business like this you not only are doing a grave disservice to your customers, but also to your business.

We purchased this Ionizer in May of 2021 , our pool is 24’ diameter and we have had this pool for 28 years, our pool has never given us trouble, we always shocked it every 2 weeks and used about 8 chlorine 3” tablets per month, my wife and I had seen an article about this AK 600 didn’t even know about this product and we ordered it, followed the directions and waited for it to do something , Wow, this unit is unbelievable, the last time we shocked our pool was May 15 20021 , that has been 9 months, we also only use about 3 chlorine tabs a month and that is only because I think we need to see some tint of yellow in my water test kit but our water has always stayed sparkling and crystal clear, also the ph is perfect, our copper rod was close to its death and we ordered 2 , we have been blown away by this great game changing product, this unit we change your life if you own a pool , this is one of the things you buy and you think , well I hope it works, it’s one of those products that works on a scale of 1 to 10 as being highest, it registers a 20, thank you Lumiere technologies for a Great product

We have a 24’ round pool that holds approximately 15,000 gallons of water. After using our ionizer for 3 years we have 12 lbs of our 3” chlorine tablets left. We use 1 tablet at a time in a floater that’s it! So much easier on our skin, eyes etc. We love it!!

First time replacing this part. The original lasted about a year. Hope this one will last as long. When the original was nearing a year old, the algae began trying to make a comeback. But cleared up soon after replacing.

Last year, mustard algae began taking over. I shocked, wiped, and even got in the pool to power wash the sides underwater. It was a temporary fix. The expense of doing all of this was also a disappointment. I was just desperate enough to try the Luminaire system. After about 3 weeks, no more algae of any kind. Still using this summer and again, nothing green. I have just about gone through the first copper anode and am ready to reload with a new one with screen. Without a doubt, this has paid for itself and continues to provide stabilization in a fresh water pool. Very nice equipment idea that seriously works along with the regular schedule of cleaning and chemical stabilization in the expected normal treatment.

I never have algae now thanks to my Lumiere solar algae destroyer. This is my second year to use it. I replace the copper battery annually. If it is cleaned each week? It willlast an entire year. Used lots of shock, algae side, etc to get rid of algae. However, I was not successful. but this solar ionide really works. Have used less than one third chlorine and no algae. Wish I knew about this years ago.

I first used this last summer and it works great! You have to start with a clean pool, it's not a cleaner. But it really helps maintain it. I replaced the copper piece and the little basket this year. Shipping time is less than a week.

My pool water was starting to get kind of foggy. I called my pool service and asked them to come and check it out. Their remedy was to empty the pool, scrub it and maybe even plaster it. That night I say the advertisement of FB. I took a chance and ordered it. Within a week, my pool was clear as can be. Approximately 6 months later I took the rod off and cleaned it with a wire brush and then back in the pool. I just purchased and replaced the cooper rod a few weeks ago. Best thing ever for your pool.

I have had my in ground pool for over 40 yrs....and in the South we have to really constantly stay on top of algae; I do not even want to think about the thousands of dollars that I have spent on chemicals over that time period...so last Spring I saw an advertisement on FB for your solar ionizer, and I thought what do I have to lose, it can only not work.... I purchased it and it was in my pool all the way thru Nov and my pool remained crystal clear the entire time, not once did algae rear its ugly head....I was truly truly impressed with what your product did for my pool and my wallet....you have to try it to appreciate how fabulous it truly is.....THANK YOU!! We absolutely love our Ionizer it has kept our pool crystal clear all year. We opened the pool for swimming May 17th, and finished October 3rd. We used about 25 lbs of 3” chlorine tablets over the summer, and that’s it outside of vacuuming etc. Our pool is just under 15,000 gallons. We can’t wait for next summer!

I am very pleased with the sanitizer...I used to go through 2 gal of chlorine each day for a 36,000 gallon pool.. now I use 1 gal every third day...and the sanitizer keeps the green algae from appearing plus the water is clear as ever...time and money saved!!!

The AK-600 is nothing short of a pool "miracle"....I was plagued with Algae for over 2 years with my pool. Changed water twice; went for a fortune in chemicals...nothing worked...
Seen the ad for this product, saw the reviews & purchased one. That was about 1 year ago & since that purchase, NOT ONE BIT OF ALGAE IN ALL THAT TIME ...!! Cut my chemical costs more than half & my pool sparkles every day..

NO pool should be without this product. I was VERY skeptical, but, even this season, when opening, I realized I forgot to order another copper anode. In the wait, guess what, green kept coming back when I treated other ways. Once the anode was here and installed, back to the beautiful pool I expect! I am spoiled. Great product.
